Changing your program settings

You can modify an existing workout at any time. The Options panel brings up the same settings you selected at the beginning of the program:

  • Workout title
  • Weight Measurement, in pounds (lb) or kilograms (kg)
  • Activity Intensity Measurement, by RIR or RPE
  • Main Lifts

To begin, tap/click on the Options icon in any workout:

The following panel will pop up - click Edit Workout.

(This is also one of a few places you can delete a workout.)

The next screen is all the settings for the current workout. Depending on the viewport and/or size of your mobile device, make sure to scroll down to get to the Main Lifts.
