Choosing a program
With over 50 programs to choose from, new members sometimes wonder which they should begin with.
Ultimately, the decision is yours, based on your needs and goals, but to make it easier, the Workout Builder has a filter tool built in to help you narrow things down. We also have some videos and articles to help you, which are linked below.
Filtering Programs
To filter workout programs, tap or click the Filter link:
Then you can explore the filtering options (make sure to scroll and see them all).
Below is an explanation of each of the filtering methods with links to videos and explanations to help you decide which program to begin with.
Please note, don’t be afraid to change workouts after a week or so. There's nothing wrong with trying out a program for a week or two before committing to it. Once you do find the right fit then sticking with it for the recommended time will only enhance your progress.
