What programs do you suggest for fat loss?
This is a great question that commonly comes up.
Any program that is good at building muscle, will also maintain muscle during a diet.
That being said, there are a few programs in the workout builder specifically designed for a fat loss phase to help accommodate the calorie deficit while also promoting muscle preservation:

- Female Competition Blueprint: Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3
These programs are especially good while dieting because they are broken into training blocks (phases) for you.
Training shouldn't look a whole lot different whether you’re dieting or not. An important consideration to have while dieting is that you're not training with too much volume or too close to failure because this can lead to burnout, simply because you don't have the energy intake to meet your energy needs effectively.
