How to Perform Dropsets


Drop sets are a great intensity technique to increase cell swelling by increased metabolite accumulation. It also allows for more volume in a short period of time

Drop sets are fairly straight forward. You complete a set near or to failure then quickly adjust to a lighter load and complete another set for a specified number of repetitions or until you reach failure.

This cycle can be repeated for multiple sets depending on the program guidelines.
