What kinds of workouts are in the Workout Builder?

The Workout Builder contains over 50 programs, with new ones being added all the time. 

As of now, we offer resistance or circuit training programs. Areas of focus include strength, hypertrophy, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and more. There are programs for anywhere from 3 to 6 days per week, and in length from 45 minutes to over 2 hours! We have programs specific to women, and programs that are specific to home gyms, too.
